Alex Ward

Alex Ward is an in demand touring guitarist based in Northamptonshire. Credits include holding the guitar chair for the UK touring production of Rock of Ages ’21-’23, playing the London Palladium for the 2024 production of Bare: A Pop Opera, depping on the UK tours of Pretty Woman, I Should Be So Lucky and Ride The Musical and playing guitar for the sell out international touring production Abba Gold: The Concert Show. He also holds the guitar chair at the coveted Cambridge Arts Pantomime.

With Heavy Metal band Leader of Down, Alex has albums and singles charting highly worldwide and has shared the stage and studio with former members of Iron Maiden, Motörhead and Ugly Kid Joe to name but a few, as well as garnering acclaim from members of Megadeth, Kansas and Queensrÿche.

As a lifelong Oasis fan, Alex is thrilled to play the part of Bonehead in Live Forever – taking a deep dive into the layered guitars of the albums that shaped his childhood has been nothing short of fascinating!
