Matt Weston

Since graduating from Salford University from the Band Musicianship course, Matt has been playing and teaching the drums professionally for over 20 years. For 6 years, he co-produced a touring covers show band, performing up and down the country, as well as in Germany and Israel. The freelance portion of his playing career has seen him support a varied number of acts and artists including Dina Carrol, Incognito, 2 Unlimited and The Grumbleweeds.

Matt’s performing highlights include the Manchester Jazz Festival, Electric Picnic Festival, Beachdown Festival, Kendal Calling, Birmingham’s NEC, London’s O2 IndigO2, London’s 100 Club and working with renowned producer Richard Flack (Queens Of The Stone Age, Robbie Williams, Take That).
